Ingredients
- 1 dozen tart shells
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- pinch salt

Step 1
Sprinkle raisins over bottom of each tart shell. Combine eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt. Pour over raisins. Bake in 375 oven 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pans.
