Ingredients
- 2/3 cup safflower oil
- 1/3 cup liquid lecithin

Step 1
Stir together the oil and lecithin; store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
Use this mixture for oiling baking pans. It adds no flavor to baked goods and makes their removal from pans easy. It also simplifies clean up.
