Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon W orcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 8 kaiser rolls, split

Preparation
Step 1
Heat water in 1O-inch skillet over
medium heat. Cook onion and bell
pepper in water about 2 minutes,
stirring occasionally, until crisp-
tender. Stir in turkey. Cook 4 to
5 minutes, stirring occasionally,
until no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients except
rolls; reduce heat. Cover and simmer
about 20 minutes, stirring occasion-
ally, until hot. Fill rolls with
turkey mixture.
