Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Mix next 4 ingredients together
- 4 eggs - plus 3 T parm cheese
- flour
- salt and pepper
- 3 T water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon cut in rounds
- 1/2 cup wine (pino grigio)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1-2 TB lemon juice
- 2 TB Butter
- 1/4 cup parsley and tyme fried in oil. Add a little garlic and rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4 inch. season with flour mixture and dredge into the egg. Can do it again, but end with the egg. Remove chicken from pan after cooking 2 min on each side.
Fry herbs
Add more oil if needed. toss lemon slices in pan and cook 1-2 minutes. Add wine and broth and juice of lemon. Simmer for 5 minutees to reduce sauce. Roll butter in flour and add to sauce with garlic
Add chicken back and simmer 2 more minutes. Garnish with herbs.
