Foie Gras Pastie
By jhaarmann
Friands Foie Gras
Friands Foie Gras, is a french meat and Foie Gras pasty. These are usually bought in boulangeries alongside the pizzas and sandwiches.
This french recipe is a little more luxurious than the norm, as I've included a special ingredient. One of France's most Famous Foods.
Normally made with sausages, but you can put any filling in you like, they are the equivelant to our sausage rolls. They make a tasty light snack, but beware of the calories.
Friands foie gras is for a special lunch with friends. Serve with a light salad like Salade de Tomates et Fromage or choose another from our list of other French Salads.
