Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 11/4 C. Half & Half
  • 3/4 C. ( 3-0z. ) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta in boiling, salted water till al dente ( approx. 6-8 min. ); drain. Melt butter in a lg. skillet over med. heat. Add half & half, grated parmesan cheese, salt & pepper; cook 1 min, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; add the cooked pasta, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
