Roasted cauliflower with parmesan


Delicious roasted cauliflower with the sharp taste of parmesan cheese.

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cut the growing end of the cauliflower off. Then cut the cauliflower florets from the core and if you are uncomfortable doing this rough chop the cauliflower instead, but keep the pieces to a similar size.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add the cauliflower to a large bowl and toss it with olive oil, salt and pepper.

spray a large cookie sheet with a nonstick spray. Spread the cauliflower all over the cookie sheet (note: you may need to use two cookie sheets. The cauliflower should have breathing room on the cookie sheet).

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then flip the cauliflower to brown it on all sides, repeat this process after 5 more minters.

Next sprinkle the parmesan all over the cauliflower and roast for 6-8 more minutes.
remove from the oven and enjoy.
