Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups Hills Brothers Cappuccino Sugar-Free French Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix butter, Hills Brothers Cappuccino Sugar-Free French Vanilla, vanilla extract and eggs in a large bowl until blended.
Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
Pour 1/2 cup of dry ingredients into Hills Brothers Cappuccino mixture and stir to combine.
Repeat adding 1/2 cup of dry ingredients into Hills Brothers Cappuccino mixture until all ingredients are blended.
In a small bowl, combine Splenda and cinnamon.
Shape cookie dough into 1" balls and roll in Splenda and cinnamon mixture.
Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from pan once cookies have cooled.
Refrigerate or freeze cookies within 24 hours of baking.
