SAUSAGE MUSHROOM CALZONES

Ingredients
- 3 Italian sausages
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp each dried oregano, basil
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp flour

Step 1
Remove casing from sausage. Fry sausage over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add oinion, garlic, mushrooms, oregano, basil, salt and pepper, saute 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce simmer 5 minutes. Let cool. Roll out dough insto 4-8inch rounds. Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each dough, sprinkle with cheese. Cut slits on top. Dust with flour. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
