Ingredients
- 31 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
- 290 oz Del Monte Tomatoes for Chile
- 310 oz Brooks Hot & Spicy Beans - Drained
- 348.5 oz Brooks Chili Hot Beans - Partially Drained
- 8 Packets Chili Spice for Hamburger
- 6 Purple Onions
- 14 Green Peppers
- 11 Yellow Peppers
- Chipolte and Cayenne Pepper Powders to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
Season Ground Beef with salt, pepper, and garlic salt, then Brown. Drain Ground Beef and mix in Chili Spice.
Cut Peppers and Onions into bite size chunks.
Mix Ground Beef, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, and Chili Beans into Roasting Pans (about 45 quarts).
Add Chipolte and Cayenne Pepper powders.
Slow roast for minimum of 5 hours.
This recipe is best if made the day before.
