Sad Sack Snack Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1-2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2-1 c. chopped pecans, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix bisquick and sugar together and add eggs and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a greased 9x12 pan. Top with chocolate chips and pecans.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
