Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb beef chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
- 1 pkg italian dressing mix
- 1 pkg brown gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 1 bag frozen potato wedges

Step 1
In large bowl, combine soup, dressing mixes, gravy mix and water until well mixed. Add chuck roast to crockpot and pour mixture over top. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Halfway through cooking, add baby carrots and potato wedges.
