Linde's Tex-Mex Caviar

Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
  • 3 cups homemade fresh salsa (pico di gallo - made with fresh cilantro, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, celery, garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste)
  • 1 large jar of Nopales - drained, rinsed thoroughly and chopped
  • 1/8 cup green tobasco sauce
  • Extra salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in large ceramic bowl, let stand for about 20 minutes for flavors to meld.
Serve with corn tortilla chips.
