Ingredients
- 2 lbs Flank Steak or Round Steak
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 big can tomatoes
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 T corn starch or flour
- 1 C green pepper strips
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and season then drain.
Add onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and green peppers. Cook until soft 20 minutes
Thicken with flour and cook 1 or 2 more minutes
