Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup safflower oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp orange juice
- Rind of 1 orange, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter until light and fluffy. Beating continuously, gradually add oil and blend thoroughly. Beat in honey, orange juice and orange rind.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. This butter will keep for 1 week.
