  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Greek Style Sour Cream & Nonfat Yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 can (15-ounces) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 pkg. (10-ounces) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Mash avocado in a medium bowl; stir in sour cream, lime juice, and cumin.
