Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add the honey and oregano and mix well. Increase the heat to high; add the scallions and tomatoes; cook until the tomatoes are warm, but not mushy, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and season with pepper; stir in parsley. Serve immediately.
