Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2/3 cup orange juice concentrate
- 6 cups assorted fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, pears, pineapple, and strawberries) cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and the orange juice concentrate. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, toss the fruit, and stir in the lemon juice. Refrigerate.
At serving time, arrange the fruit on a platter, surrounding the bowl of the orange yogurt. Provide guests with skewers to dip the fruit into the yogurt. Or, serve the fruit in dessert bowls with the orange yogurt poured over the top of each portion.
