Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
Preparation
Step 1
Combine oil, honey, egg and vanilla; add cashew butter. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
