Crockpot Hash Brown Creation

Ingredients

  • one 28-oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • two 10-oz. cans cream of chicken soup
  • one 8-oz. carton sour cream
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted and divided
  • one 8-oz. pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbs. dried parsley
  • 2 C. dry stuffing mix

Directions

Place hash browns in a large bowl, add soups, sour cream, 1/4 cup melted butter, cheese, parsley, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Spoon into a large slow cooker. Sprinkle stuffing mix over potato mixture and drizzle remaining butter over stuffing. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
