Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple (or canned chunk packed in own juice)
- 2 tbsps Mustard (Dijon is good)
- 2 tbsps Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsps Honey or Molasses
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients
Combine marinade with chicken
Refrigerate for 4-24 hours
Broil or Barbecue
