Ingredients
- 2 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 3 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, or to taste
- Chili Powder--mild or Hot, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first three ingredients. Add enough mayonnaise to hold together. Chill then shape into a ball and roll in chili powder. Prepare at least one day ahead.
