CHICKEN CHEESE ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces herb and spice cream cheese, sliced into 6 pieces
  • 6 slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Place one piece of cream cheese on each chicken breasts and fold breast over so cheese is enclosed.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each roll.
Place seam side down in a shallow baking pan.
Place on top rack of 400˚F and bake for 40 minutes.
Broil for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and golden.
