Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup long grain rice

Step 1
in a medium pot, combine chicken broth, coffee, butter, oregano and salt. Bring mixture to a boil; add rice, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until rice is tender, 18-20 minutes. Remove from heat; serve warm.
