    teaspoon olive oil

    slices (or ½ cup) part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • 2

    slices tomato

  • 2

    slices whole wheat bread

  • oregano to taste

Directions

Add the oil to a skillet and place over medium heat. Slip the cheese and tomato slices onto a slice of bread. Sprinkle the oregano on top. Cover with the second bread slice. Grill the sandwich until the cheese melts.
