Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, canned, with juice
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and set in center.
