Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups seeded & diced tomato
- 3 cups chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic & cook 2 minutes.
2. Add green beans & tomato, tossing to coat. Stir in chicken broth; cover, & simmer 1 hour or until beans are tender.
