Ingredients
- 1 16-oz can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- pastry for single-crust pie

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add beaton eggs into pumpkin mixture. Add milk and evaporated milk. Pour pumpkin mixture into shell. Bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes. Cool. Cover and chill to store.
