Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. chicken or 5 lb. hen
  • 3 cans cream style corn
  • 3 cans diced potatoes
  • 3 cans butterbeans or frozen butterbeans
  • 3 cans diced tomatoes
  • 3 or 4 about 3 or 4 tbsp. sugar
  • salt
  • pepper to taste
  • Instant potatoes to thicken

Preparation

Step 1

cook chicken till done and then take off bone and kinds pull it apart.
Put back in broth, adding the corn, butterbeans, tomatoes, potatoes, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook slowly till thicken. After about 3 hours, may add instant potatoes to thicken.
