Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. stewing beef, cut into 1" pieces
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" chunks
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. hot Hungarian paprika
  • 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place everything into the crock pot and cook on low for 10 hours.

Serve over egg noodles.
