Ingredients
- 2 seedless grapefruit, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp shredded fresh coconut
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler or oven to 400 F.
Cut the grapefruit in half; use a grapefruit knife to loosen the edges and divide the sections. Place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the coconut, honey, nuts, and cinnamon. Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each grapefruit half.
Broil the grapefruit halves until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes, or bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
