Tahini Treats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 6 tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • Chopped apples, raisins or dates (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir honey and tahini together; add nuts. Mix cinnamon and oatmeal flakes; blend with honey mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for about 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Chopped apples, raisins or dates may be added.
