Energy Boosters

Ingredients

  • 3 cups wheat germ
  • 1 cup high-protein powder
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter, sesame seeds or finely chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix wheat germ and high-protein powder; mix honey and peanut butter. Knead the two mixtures together with hands until stiff; form into balls. Roll in seeds or nuts. Wrap individually in waxed paper. Carry a few of these in a pocket or purse for those times when lunch is delayed or cancelled.
