Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 (16 oz.) loaf French Bread

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, stir together mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter, and garlic powder. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread mixture on cut sides of bread. Place bread on a baking sheet; tent with foil. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice to serve. Makes 12-16 servings.
