Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup safflower oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl beat butter until light and fluffy. Beating continuously, add oil until thoroughly blended, then add remaining ingredients.
Store in a covered jar or crock in the refrigerator.
