Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, short grain brown rice
- Dash nutmeg
- 1/2 cup plumped raisins

Step 1
Beat eggs; add milk, honey, vanilla, rice, nutmeg and raisins. Pour into 1-quart baking dish and dust with more nutmeg. Bake at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve chilled or warm, plain or topped with fruit.
