BLUEBERRY STREUSEL MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder in a large bowl. Cut in butter until it in tiny pieces. Remove 3/4 cup of this mixture to a small bowl. Stir in cinnamon. Reserve. Combine milk with eggs and vanilla, add to flour mixture, stir until moistened. Stir in blueberries. Sprinkle each with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
