Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup soy flour
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil, eggs and honey; add carrots, then remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into 2 greased 5-by-9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes.
