Ingredients
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 3 cups granola
Preparation
Step 1
Mix honey and peanut butter in saucepan; beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Add peanuts and granola; mix well. Press into oiled 9-inch square pan; refrigerate. Cut into skinny bars.
