Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2/3 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup high-protein powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together eggs, honey and oil. Combine wheat germ, high-protein powder, salt and nuts; add to honey mixture. Spread batter into oiled 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm.
