Ingredients
- Pesto
- Balsamic vinegar
- Chopped tomatoes
- Crusty bread-- ciabatta
- Gruyere cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill. Toss tomatoes in balsamic and salt/pepper. Cut bread in half. Spread both sides with pesto. Top with gruyere. Grilled with lid closed until cheese melted. Scatter tomatoes over bottom of sandwiches.
