Granola - Raw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp high-protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp kelp
  • 2 tbsp carob powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine honey, oil and molasses. Combine all other ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add honey mixture to oat mixture. Mix until blended. Serve for breakfast; sprinkle over applesauce; combine with yogurt for pudding.
