Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 2/3 cup high-protein powder
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups choppped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat together wet ingredients. Mix wet with dry ingredients; add nuts. Pour into 2 well-greased 5-by-9-inch loaf pans and bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes.
