Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup molasses
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together oil, peanut butter, honey and molasses; and add eggs, one at a time. Combine dry ingredients, raisins, coconut and peanuts, and add to creamed mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
