Ingredients
- 1/2 lb grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of cayenne
- 3 to 4 tbsp milk
- 1/3 cup finely chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Purchase cheese from health food store, making sure there has been no artificial coloring added. Mix cheese, flour, oil, salt and cayenne until crumbly. Add milk and nuts. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
