Ingredients

• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 1 cup (8 ounces) cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 (9-inch) unbaked Granola Pie Crust (Recipe in collection)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Granola Pie Crust.

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until firm. Refrigerate overnight.
