Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp high-protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup pitted, chopped prunes
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and high-protein powder. Beat eggs and honey until foamy. Add to flour mixture and stir-in vanilla, nuts and prunes. Put into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes. Cut into bars and cool in the pan.
