Ingredients

  • 2

    cups sifted flour

  • cups sugar

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • ½

    tsp. soda

  • 1

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp. ginger

  • 3

    cups rolled oats

  • 1

    cup oil

  • 2

    eggs

  • ½

    cup milk

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Add rolled oats, raisins, nuts, etc. Mix thoroughly. Add, in order, oil, eggs and milk. Stir until blended. Drop by teaspoons full on baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 400F for 10 minutes. If you prefer a soft cookie, pack in closed container while still slightly warm
