Boy Scout Muffins - Always Be Prepared

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 6 cups bran
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups honey
- 5 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cups yogurt
- 2 cups chopped, pitted dates
Preparation
Step 1
Pour boiling water over bran. Beat eggs; add oil and honey. Add to soaked bran. Stir together flour, bkaing powder and salt; add to bran mixture alternately with yogurt. Stir in dates. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
