Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges - Use juice of only 1 can
  • ICING
  • 1 large drained crushed pineapples
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 9 oz cool whip
  • 1 large box dry vanilla instant pudding

Preparation

Step 1

CAKE
Blend with spoon - do not use a mixer
Grease and flour pan
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes - cool before icing

ICING
Mix together and ice
